Terms of service.
The full terms of service are being prepared by our legal counsel before pilot launch. The substantive commitments below apply to anyone using Aurii during the placeholder period and will carry into the final terms.
What you are using.
Aurii is a clinical software platform for Australian private-hospital specialists. The product covers patient master record, ward rounds, encounter capture, discharge letters, billing submission, ePrescribing, pathology and imaging review, and aurii.ai assistance. The product is offered on two tiers: Solo Specialist and Hospital Tenant.
Subscription and billing.
- Solo Specialist. Self-serve sign-up via Stripe Checkout. Billed monthly in AUD on the card on file. A 14-day trial applies on first sign-up, with no card required on day 1 and capture at end of trial.
- Hospital Tenant. Sales-led onboarding with a written agreement. Billed monthly by Stripe Invoice on a per-active-doctor basis with a 5-seat minimum, NET 30.
- Pricing in force is the pricing displayed at sign-up or recorded in the Hospital Tenant agreement. Prices are exclusive of GST.
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds.
Clinical responsibility.
- The specialist is the decision-maker on every clinical action recorded in the platform. Aurii does not practise medicine.
- aurii.ai suggestions are surfaced for the specialist to accept, edit, or dismiss. Acceptance enters the suggestion into the chart with attribution to the accepting specialist; dismissal records a reason. Suggestions are not orders, prescriptions, diagnoses, or directives.
- Pre-TGA SaMD Class IIa registration, aurii.ai modules run only against the validation cohort. Other tenants do not receive aurii.ai suggestions until registration is live.
Data, security, and audit.
- Tenant data is scoped at the database row level. Cross-tenant access is not permitted.
- Append-only audit log with hash-chained note versions. Retention 7 years.
- The full data and security posture is on the Security page; the privacy commitments are on the Privacy page.
Acceptable use.
- One specialist account per individual. Account credentials are not shared.
- Patient data entered into the platform must relate to a clinical relationship the entering specialist or their tenant has with that patient.
- Reverse engineering, service abuse, or interference with other tenants is prohibited.
Liability.
To the extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, Aurii's aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid by the affected tenant in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Jurisdiction.
Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
