Pre-TGA Class IIa registration

Module 16 (aurii.ai assistance) runs only against the validation cohort during the registration window. Other tenants do not receive aurii.ai suggestions until registration is live. Every other module ships from Day 1.

What's in the 14-day trial?: Every Solo-tier feature, no card required Day 1. Card capture happens at the end of the trial; cancel before then and nothing is charged. The trial includes live MBS submission and ePrescribing once you have completed the per-prescriber strong-auth onboarding.
When does aurii.ai turn on?: Module 16 (aurii.ai assistance) is gated by TGA Class IIa registration. Pre-registration the module runs only against the validation cohort; everyone else ships from Day 1 with every other module. When registration is live, aurii.ai suggestions activate without a re-install.
Will I lose data if I cancel?: No. Data export is available before account closure as encrypted ZIP. After closure, data is retained as required by AHPRA and state record-keeping rules (7 years), then destroyed. Audit log integrity is preserved through the retention window.
Does it work at the bedside without strong internet?: The mobile apps queue writes locally and sync when the connection returns. Dictation buffers locally, transcript lands when network is back. Critical reads (patient master, last note, allergies) are cached for the active patient list.
How fast is setup?: Sign up, install the iOS or Android app, complete the per-prescriber strong-auth handshake for ePrescribing, import your patient list, and you are live. Most specialists are in use within 30 minutes; ePrescribing onboarding adds 1 to 2 days of regulatory turnaround.
